Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at delpra997@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until that date.
Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical error)
- You cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not accessed any content
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at delpra997@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
No Chargeback Policy We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.

Askesis Wellness offers digital products and services only. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with access instructions within 24 hours. Weekly newsletters and exercise content are delivered digitally to your registered email address.
For Benessere Plus subscribers, your monthly video consultation link will be sent via email within 3 business days of activation or renewal.
