2. Acceptance of Terms By accessing or using Askesis Wellness services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
3. Services Offered
- Weekly Newsletter — Evidence-based insights on posture, movement, and desk worker wellness.
- Benessere Base — Newsletter + 12 starter exercises + 3 new exercises per week, delivered digitally.
- Benessere Plus — Everything in Benessere Base + 1 monthly live video consultation with a physiologist.

7. Subscription and Billing Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually) and renew automatically unless cancelled. You will receive a reminder before each renewal. Prices are displayed at checkout in USD.
8. Cancellation You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except as stated in our Refund Policy.
9. Intellectual Property All content (exercises, videos, newsletters, written materials) is the exclusive property of Federico Del Prato / Askesis Wellness and is protected by copyright law. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is strictly prohibited.
10. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Askesis Wellness and Federico Del Prato shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or content. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.
11. Indemnification You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Askesis Wellness, Federico Del Prato, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the services or violation of these Terms.
12. Governing Law These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA), except where prohibited by law.

SHIPPING POLICY
Digital Delivery Policy Last updated: July 6, 2026
Askesis Wellness offers digital products and services only. No physical goods are shipped.
Upon completing your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with access instructions within 24 hours. Weekly newsletters and exercise content are delivered digitally to your registered email address.
For Benessere Plus subscribers, your monthly video consultation link will be sent via email within 3 business days of activation or renewal.
If you do not receive your confirmation email, please check your spam folder or contact us at delpra997@gmail.com.
REFUND POLICY
Refund and Cancellation Policy Last updated: July 6, 2026
Subscription Cancellations You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account or contacting us at delpra997@gmail.com. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period, and you will continue to have access to your subscription until that date.
Refund Policy All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged, except in the following cases:
- You were charged in error (duplicate charge or technical error)
- You cancel within 14 days of your initial purchase and have not accessed any content
If you believe you qualify for a refund, contact us at delpra997@gmail.com within 14 days of the charge. We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days to the original payment method.
No Chargeback Policy We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in suspension of your account.
